At Teton Machine Company quality assurance is integrated into every step of the process.  Quality Assurance personnel meet with production, tooling and engineering people to review each new part.  First article, in-process and final inspection processes are identified prior to a production run and appropriate sampling frequencies are identified.  High resolution inspection equipment from the world's best manufacturers are utilized including:

    

Incoming material is matched by lot number to parts produced for maximum traceability.  First article inspections are performed by Quality Assurance staff prior to a production run.  In process inspection sheets are completed by machine operators utilizing sampling and dimension parameters specified by Quality Assurance.  Final inspections are performed by Quality Assurance personnel prior to shipment.  Material certifications, process certifications and certificates of conformance are available upon request. 

The latest in high resolution inspection equipment supported with the latest software allows Teton to utilize an engineer's solid model file in order to inspect EXACTLY to those specifications.  Carefully documented and followed quality practices coupled with the best available inspection equipment insures our customers receive parts that meet their requirements.

                    

Teton Machine Company also utilizes Statistical Process Control where applicable.  SPC allows Teton operators to track part dimensions as they're being produced on the machine.  By utilizing SPC data machine operators can identify and correct processes prior to producing parts which are out of tolerance.  Teton provides SPC data to our customers upon request.
