In addition to world class CNC machining, Teton Machine Company also offers centerless grinding and mechanical sub-assembly.  Centerless grinding allows us to produce cylindrical parts with very fine surface finishes and tolerances within a few ten thousandths of an inch.  By utilizing Teton for mechanical sub-assembly our customers receive working assemblies that have been tested for functionality and conformance. 

                                                      

Broaching, swaging, press fitting and other mechanical operations coupled with functionality tests like air gauging  and failure analysis produce mechanical sub assemblies that allow our customers to receive "dock to stock" shipments.  Specialized air gauging equipment has been developed in house that allows Teton to produce control valve assemblies that function within parameters impossible to achieve with mechanical inspection techniques.
